Function isTouch

isTouch(previousState?: boolean, action: Action): boolean
One way of detecting if a touch screen is being used.
Parameters
- previousState: boolean = false
- action: Action
Returns boolean
Remarks
If true, a touch screen is being used. If false, a touch screen is not being used.
